Welcome to my homepage! I am Assistant Professor of Real Estate Economics and Finance at the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge.
Before joining the Department of Land Economy in October 2023, I was Professor (W1) of Real Estate Finance (non-tenure track) at the Goethe University Frankfurt. I received my Ph.D. in Finance and Economics from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), Switzerland in 2018.
My research interests are Real Estate Finance, Commercial Real Estate, and Spatial Econometrics.

Updates
September 2025: I am the new Course Director for the postgraduate MPhil in Real Estate Finance. Before, I served as the Deputy Course Director for the PhD in Land Economy/Course Director for the MPhil in Land Economy Research/Land Economy by Thesis.
We will present our paper on "Credit Cycles in Tokenized Real Estate Markets" in Milan on September 25-26, 2025 at the conference on The Future of Payments: CBDC, Digital Assets and Digital Capital Markets.
April 2024: I am Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance (CERF) Fellow 2024 to 2026, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
In October 2023, I started as Assistant Professor in Real Estate Economics and Finance at the University of Cambridge, Department of Land Economy.
