Daniel Ruf
Welcome to my homepage! I am Assistant Professor of Real Estate Economics and Finance at the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge.
Before joinging the Department of Land Economy in October 2023, I was Professor (W1) of Real Estate Finance (non-tenure track) at the Goethe University Frankfurt. I received my Ph.D. in Finance and Economics from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), Switzerland in 2018.
My research interests are Real Estate Finance, Commercial Real Estate, and Spatial Econometrics.
