Before you begin, please know that your privacy cannot be guaranteed. Use a secure email account that only you can access. You may also use a junk email account. Do not use an email that includes your name or other personal information.

For each lesson:

1. Click the Reading link and finish the reading.

2. Click the Questionnaire link and submit the questionnaire.

3. Then move on to the next lesson.

After you submit each questionnaire, you will receive an email with a copy of your answers.

Complete the lessons in numerical order. Start with Lesson 1.
