As a skills coach, I work to improve players skill, confidence, and on-ice awareness. Part of improving skill is getting players to trust their edges and getting good quality reps. I work with players on shots, stick handling, and edge work. Feedback and constructive criticism is very important to me, to give and receive. I like to improve my coaching by putting myself in different situations and exploring different coaching styles.
