Dangerous Designs met with the Astronomika team to discuss business needs and a training analysis for the Return to Work Initiative. It was determined that the topics covered in the training would be installing barriers where physical distancing cannot be maintained and suppressing the spread of Covid-19 by using face masks.

Based on the training analysis, Dangerous Designs designed and developed an Instructor Led Training course and a self paced online training using the ADDIE framework. The instructor led training course will be for the employers and cover the guidelines for installing barriers throughout Astronomika's offices. The self-paced eLearning course will be for the employees and cover the new guidelines in the office regarding face masks and physical distancing.
