Shaza is an Instructional Designer with 7 years of experience specializing in Storyline 360 level 3 interactive design, video editing, screen casting tutorials and augmented reality. Her academic background is a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She designs learning experiences that are fun and engaging for all learners. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, reading and other creative outlets to get up to speed with technology platforms.
Shannon is an Instructional Designer with nine years of experience in the field of Education. She enjoys creating purposeful and engaging learning experiences for various learners. Currently, she works as an Instructional Designer at a large non profit, creating interactive training for numerous projects. Shannon has experience with video editing, packaging content online, writing and designing courses and lessons. She earned a graduate certificate in eLearning from George Mason University, an Instructional Designer Certificate with the Online Learning Consortium, and a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Old Dominion University.
Patricia is an experienced and passionate learning and development professional who excels at crafting transformative learning experiences infused with adult learning theories for lifelong learners. She has over ten years of experience designing and developing engaging programs and instructional materials to produce program deliverables. She seeks to help businesses identify the training need and subsequently create solutions that enhance the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of training and learning materials.
Eloise Laurence is an Instructional Designer and Developer with 11 years of design and development experience. She designs, develops and delivers effective, efficient, engaging and measurable learning and performance solutions. Eloise enjoys supporting the end-to-end process of creating compelling learning experiences, facilitating SME coordination and identifying business needs. In addition, Eloise enjoys developing interactive eLearning experiences, simulations and games.
She holds a Magister of Business Administration from the University of the Free State and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa. Eloise loves being an instructional designer as she loves working with technology, learning new things and making learning enjoyable for others.
Jhamilia Smith is an instructional designer and eLearning developer. She has over 7 years of experience with developing instructional materials and engaging learning experiences for online environments. Her expertise lies in professional coaching, eLearning content development, and instructor-led training. She has innovative knowledge in techniques used to improve engagement such as gamification, augmented reality, and scenario-based learning.
