DANDY PIXEL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Dandy Pixel LLC ("Dandy Pixel", "we", "us", or "our") has adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, store, and use information in connection with our applications, games, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our apps are built using Android Studio and Unity, and may display ads through Google AdMob and AppLovin.
BY INSTALLING, USING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Services. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
1. Information We Collect
Non-Personal Data
We and our service providers may collect and use:
• Device and technical information (e.g. device model, OS version, language, diagnostics).
• Application information (e.g. app name, package name, version, build type).
• Usage information (e.g. app launches, session length, screens or features used, gameplay data).
• Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID / GAID, where available and permitted).
• General location derived from IP address or device settings (country or region level, not precise GPS), mainly for ads and analytics.
We may use and share non-personal data with partners and contractors to operate the Services, serve and measure ads, analyze usage, improve the Services, and develop other Dandy Pixel products.
Personal Data
Our apps are designed to work without accounts, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or similar contact details inside the app for basic use.
If you contact us by email (for support or privacy requests), we will process the information you send us (such as your email address and message content) only to respond and handle your request.
2. Third-Party Advertising
Our Services display advertisements through third-party advertising networks. These partners may collect and use device and advertising-related data to show and optimize ads (including personalized ads where allowed by law and your device settings).
Our advertising partners include:
• Google LLC (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob) — privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• AppLovin Corporation — privacy policy: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/
AdMob and AppLovin may use mediation to load additional ad networks under their own policies. These partners may combine data with information from other apps or sites. We do not control their practices; please review their privacy policies directly.
You can limit ad personalization on Android via Settings → Google → Ads, and you can reset your advertising ID at any time.
3. Platform & SDK Disclosures
Android (Android Studio)
Our Android apps are built with Android Studio. We follow Google Play policies including those relating to advertising IDs, permissions, and data safety disclosures. Each app's data safety section in the Google Play Store provides further details.
Unity
Some of our games are built with the Unity game engine. Unity may collect certain technical and analytics data as described in Unity's Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
4. Permissions (Android)
Depending on the app, we may request permissions needed for it to function:
• INTERNET — to load content, ads, and communicate with our servers or partners.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to check connectivity before making requests.
• SET_WALLPAPER — to apply images as your device wallpaper when you use that feature.
• AD_ID — used by ad SDKs (AdMob, AppLovin) to serve relevant ads as described above.
• VIBRATE — for haptic feedback in games (where applicable).
We only request permissions necessary for providing the Services.
5. Optional In-App Preferences
Some apps may store simple preferences on your device (e.g. display settings, onboarding choices, game progress). This data stays on your device unless otherwise stated. You can clear it by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
6. Disclaimer — Unofficial / Fan-Made Content
Some of our applications may include unofficial, fan-made content created for entertainment purposes only. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the original creators, rights holders, or brands that may be referenced. Names, images, or references are used only in a fan/entertainment context. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact us using the email below.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Services.
If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, please contact us immediately.
Ad partners (including AdMob and AppLovin) are expected to follow applicable rules including COPPA where relevant. Parents and guardians should supervise children's online activity and device usage.
8. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information we handle. Much of the information described in this policy is processed by third-party partners (ad networks, Unity analytics) according to their own policies and security practices.
Data may be stored locally on your device (preferences, save data). You can delete local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
No system is 100% secure. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
9. Disclosure of Data
We do not sell your personal data.
We may disclose information:
• To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental requests.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of Dandy Pixel, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or object to certain processing of your data. To exercise rights related to data we hold from direct contact (e.g. support emails), email us at the address below.
For data collected by advertising or analytics partners, you may need to use your device settings or tools provided by those companies directly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
