I started sewing these Goddess dolls in 2003! At the time, we were still using cameras with film, so I only have a few good-quality pictures from the earlier days. :)
I wanted a place to put all my sewing memories in one place, and I'm happy to share the trip down memory lane with you here. There are about 185 named Goddesses I've made, and all together, I've sewn over 5,000 dolls (I stopped counting about eight years ago when I hit that milestone, lol)
For health reasons, I don't sew as many dolls as I used to, but I do still make dolls and altarcloths for subscribers (info on my linktree, below).
During some sewing downtime at the beginning of this decade, I began to make illustrations of many (100+!) of the Goddesses with my youngest daughter Gwyneth, and you can find those drawings, along with some of my other artwork, interspersed with the photos of the dolls.
I have so much gratitude for the support I've received over the years; thank you so much for being a part of my journey!
