HAIR & MAKE UP MUST BE DONE
DRESSED IN PURPLE DF CONCERT TSHIRT & ANY BLACK 'BOTTOMS'
STUDENTS TO BE CHECKED IN WITH THEIR DEN MUM BETWEEN 12.00 - 12.15PM
NO OTHER PARENTS PERMITTED BACKSTAGE
SHOW STARTS: 1.00pm SHARP
ALL STUDENTS MUST BE BACKSTAGE DRESSED IN THEIR FIRST COSTUME NO LATER THAN 1.30PM
ACT 1 APPROX RUN TIMES 1.00 - 2.30pm
INTERMISSION 2.30-2.45pm
ACT 2 APPROX RUN TIMES 2.45 - 4.00pm
ALL STUDENTS TO BE COLLECTED BETWEEN 4.00- 4.15pm AND ONLY PERMITTED TO LEAVE ONCE SIGNED OUT BY A DEN MUM

EVERY COSTUME, PAIR OF STOCKINGS, DANCE SHOES, HEADPIECE AND ACCESSORY MUST BE IN A CLEARLY LABELED BAG WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON.
PURPLE CONCERT TSHIRT & ANY BLACK DANCE SHORTS/PANTS FOR FINALE

Our no. 1 tip: Pack your bags the night before & re run your checklist in the morning before leaving.
