Dancers work better

In this article, written for The Conversation, we further explore the role of dance in the workplace. Recreational dancers report lower levels of presenteeism and absenteeism compared to those involved in other types of physical exercise.  Our results also show that those who are not involved in cognitive tasks benefit the most from engaging in dance.
