Independent Study

First, write an exploratory research essay in which you deeply explore and critically analyze an open-ended question related to dance, the arts or the body.

(August - October)

Next, design a hands-on project that builds on and expands the findings in your exploratory essay to address the needs of a real-world audience.

(November - December)

Finally, formally present your research process, findings and recommendations to peers and other stakeholders for review and celebration.
