My son was 3 at the time and I was a single mother, but if anything this spurred me on to complete this challenge in my life and make a career for myself. I was never one to work for other people, but I have always wanted to help others.

Mt first job once completing college was at the world renowned Champneys, but it wasn't long after I started that I realised that this type of beauty wasn't for me.

This is when Beauty Noir was created in 2016. where I met the most amazing people I moved to Hemel Hempstead and rented a room in a beautiful space in Old Town. This is when my business flourished. I attended school events, open days just to advertise my skills.

In this time I was working hard on fine tuning my first skincare product which you all know as Beau Butter. This was something I created because my son suffered from a young age with eczema, after doctors recommendations and prescriptions of steroid creams and bath emollients, both of which did nothing for my baby's skin but thin it and cover the problem, I wanted something more, to help heal the problem using natural organic ingredients.

And then she was created, born and certified! and is now ever growing with my Himalayan Salt Scrub for soft smooth nourished skin, and Shampoo Bar for dry scalp problems, all of which have been tested on actual people, with real feedback.
