Clear disclosure: Dameo stores game progress only on your device via chrome.storage.local. The play-vs-bot build does not send moves, scores, or account data to our servers. We do not sell your data.

Dameo is a Chrome extension with a single purpose: let you play Dameo draughts against a built-in bot from the browser toolbar popup, with local progress across up to 300 difficulty levels.
The extension does not read, modify, or track the websites you visit. It has no content scripts on third-party pages and no unrelated tools (ads, shopping, password managers, etc.).
This policy applies to the Dameo Chrome extension published on the Chrome Web Store. The website checkers.happyvials.com may have its own site policy for web features; that site policy does not change what this extension stores or sends.
Dameo uses the Chrome storage permission and keeps data in chrome.storage.local inside your Chrome profile:

Nothing is read from other websites, browsing history, cookies of other sites, or other extensions.
Uninstalling Dameo deletes this extension’s chrome.storage data.
In the current play-vs-bot build:
Game moves, board state, level, and stats stay on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
No account, email, or password is required to play vs the bot.
On install, the extension may open https://checkers.happyvials.com/ once in a new tab (welcome / product page).
The uninstall URL may point to the same site.
Rate us opens this extension’s Chrome Web Store listing.
Opening those https pages loads normal website content in a browser tab. That is separate from the extension’s local game storage.

All JavaScript that runs in the extension is bundled in the package reviewed by the Chrome Web Store. Dameo does not download, evaluate, or execute remote scripts. Only ordinary navigation to https pages (welcome, store) may occur as described above.
Inside the extension popup and service worker:

No third-party analytics SDKs
No sale or rental of user data to brokers
We do not sell, rent, or share Dameo local game data with third parties. We may disclose information only if required by law.
Use of information received from Chrome APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use. User data handled by Dameo is:
Not sold or transferred to third parties for advertising or unrelated products
Not used or transferred for purposes unrelated to the single purpose (playing Dameo vs bot with local progress)
Not used or transferred to determine creditworthiness or for lending
Close / reopen the popup - local progress remains until you clear it by playing on or uninstalling
Remove the extension - Chrome deletes Dameo’s chrome.storage data
There is no cloud account for the play-vs-bot mode, so there is no server-side Dameo game history to delete for that mode

Dameo is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data through related services, contact us and we will help remove it where applicable.
We may update this policy when the extension changes (for example if online modes, accounts, or new permissions ship). The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will also be reflected in the Chrome Web Store listing where required.
