FAQ's

1. Nearest Airport is Dalaman. Transfer time is approx. 80 mins. Antalya can also be used and is often cheaper. However, transfer time is approx. 180 mins and a little more expensive.

2. A small welcome pack will be there for your arrival and a daily bread delivery can be done by the pool man. Information on nearest supermarkets and home deliveries will be in the apartment.

3. The apartment Manager can give you any advice/tips you require, he will be available throughout your stay to help with any problems.

4. The pool size is 4m wide x 8.4m long x 1.4 m deep.

5. All linen, including pool towels are provided.

6. Kalkan has its own small local beach but there are 2 further beaches, Patara and Kaputas, which can be easily reached by dolmuş/taxi/car.

7. There are several car hire companies in Kalkan.

8. There are many Tour Agencies in town to organise day trips, boat trips etc. Many of the yellow taxi drivers are also able to help with these and some can be booked for your private use for the day. Private boat trips can also be arranged, often better to walk down to the harbour and negotiate yourselves.

9. Currency exchange is readily available in many of the shops and you will get a better rate than in the UK. There are also a large number of banks and cashpoints in town.
