Introducting Winnie the Wildcat!  Winnie is a stuffed wildcat mascot that has been with the Dallastown High School Field Hockey team since ~1994.  Legend has it that it was hand made by a player's parent as a good luck charm for the team.  The mascot made a comeback in 2024, wearing Amanda Strous’ #40 jersey*, that fueled the team’s renewed success.

*Amanda Strous, a 2007 Dallastown graduate and field hockey standout, past away in 2016. The team honors Strous every year during a regular season game.
