Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Dallas Best Mobile Notary Services. By accessing our website or booking a notary appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Dallas Best Mobile Notary Services provides mobile notary services including, but not limited to:

Notary Public Services
Affidavit & Oath Notarization
Acknowledgment Statement Notarization
Apostille Certificate Notarization
Auto Loan Purchase Notarization
Living Trust Notarization

All services are provided in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Texas.

2. Service Area and Availability

Our mobile notary services are available throughout Irving, TX, and surrounding areas. Appointments are available Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We reserve the right to adjust availability based on travel distance, service complexity, or holidays.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization
Ensuring all documents are complete and ready for notarization (except for required signatures)
Understanding the content of the documents to be notarized
Being of sound mind and not under duress at the time of signing

We reserve the right to decline service if these requirements are not met.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are based on document type, travel distance, and complexity. All fees will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed. Payment is due upon completion of service and may be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted forms of payment.

Late cancellation (less than 2 hours before the appointment) or no-show may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Legal Disclaimer

Our notary professionals are not attorneys and are not authorized to practice law or provide legal advice. We cannot draft legal documents, interpret legal documents, or advise on legal rights. Clients should consult an attorney for legal guidance.

6. Liability Limitation

Dallas Best Mobile Notary Services is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the misuse or misinterpretation of notarized documents. Our liability is strictly limited to the notarization services provided at the time of service.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Information collected is used solely to facilitate service delivery and customer communication.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised Terms.
