I understand the form isn't final but the email is and once it's sent I will work on it depending on what is on your form and you 

I also understand any files uploaded have to be Non copyrighted to any person but the consumer unless under their permission.

The files i create for you are legally yours as long as you request the files for yourself if not i can keep using them Without your permission

2 Price estimation

Depending on filament type we can charge between 1-6 dollars an hour on average.

If you plan on buying your own filament you send me the type and you pay 99.9 percent of cost and it will be down to .25 an hour for as long as the roll lasts for the print.

Shipping 15-30 bucks on anything that cant fit in a envelope on average not including big boxes then 5-15 for some small prints not final sipping cost

Pickup from a location in 85143 5mi from San tan that I set together no fee for Pickup

Me Driving by vehicle 1-5$ for miles in a 10 mile radius

Note these are estimations and not the final price so please submit a form for a quote

Final notice 

We are not responsible for the item not looking like the image I send because of legal reasons for your print

We will be Documenting all conversations and checking the files for virus

and if a part fails or breaks I'm not liable and no suing for any of the above if agreed to prints aren't eatable or food safe
