My duties included:

I took responsibility for reformulating the Library of the Institution that serves the local school network. It had undergone a major overhaul of its building and all its collection, as well as equipment, had been improperly stored in boxes, without any criteria. Much of the material has been lost due to improper packaging. I was responsible for:

• Organize and evaluate collections of books, periodicals, documents and manuscripts.

• Examine the entire collection and equipment to select what could be reinserted into the Library.

• Design and plan services and information systems, as well as establish and apply criteria for the organization and operation of services.

• Influence and empower people in the community to "volunteer" in the library's restructuring.

• Rearrange all the collection and equipment in the new space that the library has available after the renovation of the building.

I took responsibility for the entire operation of the Library.

I was responsible for:

• Carry out administrative studies for the dimensioning of equipment, human resources and design of information units.

• To structure and implement the standardization of the technical treatment of information.

• Establish, coordinate and execute the policy of selection and evaluation of the material that would be part of the collections of the library, planning acquisition priorities and assets for the operationalization of services.

• Structuring and execution of data research and documentary research.
