DalbergInc代表取締役の山田昂弘です。私は、経済発展に伴う社会経済の諸課題に対して、実務ならびに分析業務を約16年間（2026年時点）続けて参りました。2025年8月から現職として活動し始めております。国際開発案件等におけるコンサルティング、土地・建物にかかる諸ビジネスにおいてDalbergIncでは活動して参ります。

My name is Takahiro Yamada, Representative Director of Dalberg Inc. I have spent approximately sixteen years (as of 2026) working on a wide range of socioeconomic challenges associated with economic development, engaging in both practical fieldwork and analytical assignments. I began serving in my current position in August 2025. At Dalberg Inc., I am involved in consulting for international development projects as well as various business activities related to land and real estate.

山田　昂弘

国際移住機関（IOM）、国際協力機構（JICA）、財務省本省、世界銀行本部、経済産業研究所等を経て現職。実務と研究両面でエコノミストとして社会経済開発分野の分析、統計分析モデルの開発や政策評価、ソブリン信用力分析等に約15年間従事。名古屋大学にて博士号（経済開発政策とマネジメントプログラム、英語プログラム）、ペンシルバニア州立大学（Geo Spatial Programming and Web Map Development）にて修士号相当の学位を取得。日本評価学会認定評価士。これまでの成果の一部は、米国経済学会にて受理、経済発展論のトップ誌であるJournal of Development Economics等に掲載されている。

Takahiro Yamada, Ph.D.

Before joining DalbergInc, I have worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Ministry of Finance Japan, the World Bank, and the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI). As of 2026, I have approximately 16 years of experience as an economist, engaging in both practical and research-oriented work in the fields of socioeconomic development, including analytical work, development and evaluation of statistical and econometric models, and sovereign credit risk analysis. I hold a Ph.D. from Nagoya University (Economic Development Policy and Management Program, English-track) and a postgraduate diploma from Pennsylvania State University in Geo-Spatial Programming and Web Map Development.  I am a Certified Evaluator accredited by the Japan Evaluation Society. Some of my research outputs have been accepted at the American Economic Association (AEA) meetings and published in leading journals in economic development and growth, including the Journal of Development Economics.
