Order information/Policies

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. THE HYPERLINKED SECTIONS ARE TO REFER YOU TO THE SPECIFIC INFORMATION AREAS COVERED. PLACING AN ORDER INDICATES YOU HAVE READ THESE POLICIES CAREFULLY AND AGREE TO THEM.

REFUNDS

Full total order amount due after invoice and order confirmation is sent. If for any reason you need to cancel your order BEFORE your order has begun production (you will receive text updates so you are aware of status) you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

You may also receive a full refund if for any reason I’m unable to complete/deliver your order after confirmation.

If you need to cancel after production has begun, you may receive 50% of the full amount refunded, and the delivery fee if applicable. This is because 50% of the cost of the order goes into the supplies and time to make the order. So if production has already started, 50% of your payment has already been dispersed.

Once an order is completed fully before its delivery, the item is no longer eligible for refund, but if you still do not want the item delivered, the delivery fee can be refunded.

Once an order is completed after delivery, it is no longer eligible for any refund as the order is listed as complete.

Refunds can not be granted for disliking an item, but please reach out to me if you are unsatisfied and we can discuss resolutions.

RESCHEDULING

Feel free to reschedule the order delivery day at any time BEFORE your order has been started. This is because I begin work on your order close to delivery day for guaranteed freshness, so if you need to change the pick-up date, let me know and I will begin production closer to your new date.

If you would like to request an order to be picked up sooner, please contact me directly through either email or text so I can let you know if I have the availability to begin production earlier. *Request must still be at least 72 hours in advance*

You may also view my google calendar linked which is updated daily for all my current pickup/delivery available time slots.

Once production starts (you will be sent text updates to keep you aware of the current order status), the order delivery date can no longer be adjusted.

If you would like to switch your pick-up/delivery method after order confirmation, please contact me directly through email or text/call at least 24 hours before your pickup/delivery day.

DELIVERY

I offer contactless delivery

Delivery to the 33596 area code is free

Delivery to other surrounding area codes +$1 per mile (MAXIMUM 25 MILE RADIUS FRM 33596)

Delivery fee will be totaled on your order invoice using the location you listed on your order form.

If you are unsure if I deliver to your specific area, please reach out and ask!

Dajsha’s Desserts holds no control/responsibility for orders once they are delivered to your residence.

PICK-UP

Pick-up is FREE

The pickup location is located in the 33596 area code. (please assess this area code from your location to decide if you are okay with traveling that distance)

The exact location will be disclosed in your order receipt.

The pick up location is not my home address, it is in a populated public area for mine and your safety and peace of mind.

You are given an extra 30 minutes max from your selected time slot to arrive for pick up. This is to account for any unanticipated events, traffic, etc. Please try your best to arrive within your pickup time window, and if there are any circumstances that will delay you from arriving on time, contact me immediately.

Dajsha’s Desserts holds no control/responsibility for orders once they are in your possession.

ALLERGIES

Dajsha’s Desserts treats and baked goods are made in a home kitchen which may contain common food allergens such as wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and tree nuts, even if not listed as ingredients. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products due to potential cross-contamination. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding specific ingredients or allergies.
