Full total order amount due after invoice and order confirmation is sent. If for any reason you need to cancel your order BEFORE your order has begun production (you will receive text updates so you are aware of status) you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
You may also receive a full refund if for any reason I’m unable to complete/deliver your order after confirmation.
If you need to cancel after production has begun, you may receive 50% of the full amount refunded, and the delivery fee if applicable. This is because 50% of the cost of the order goes into the supplies and time to make the order. So if production has already started, 50% of your payment has already been dispersed.
Once an order is completed fully before its delivery, the item is no longer eligible for refund, but if you still do not want the item delivered, the delivery fee can be refunded.
Once an order is completed after delivery, it is no longer eligible for any refund as the order is listed as complete.
Refunds can not be granted for disliking an item, but please reach out to me if you are unsatisfied and we can discuss resolutions.
