In October 2020, I started my cottage food operation from home baking traditional Mexican sweet bread called, "conchas." It has taken off to a point where the dream is now to operate from a brick and mortar building in the near future. I have learned so many things about running a business on my own from expenses, revenue, profits, inventory, being a leader, managing our social media platforms and customer service. This whole jounrey has been nothing but lessons that I am so grateful for and hope to only grow from here. I stand by my mission statement focusing on always pursuing creativty in my business.
