Daily Giving ("the app") is developed as a simple, standalone Android
application. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app does - and
does not - collect.
SUMMARY
Daily Giving does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal
data. The app has no internet permission, no analytics, no advertising,
and no third-party SDKs.
WHAT DATA IS STORED, AND WHERE
The app stores a small amount of information only on your own device,
using Android's standard local app storage (SharedPreferences). This
includes:
- The number of giving suggestions you've marked as done
- Your current and best daily streak
- A local history list of the suggestions you've completed and the
dates you completed them
None of this information ever leaves your device. It is not sent to the
developer, to Google, or to any third party. It is not linked to your
identity, name, email, or any account. If you uninstall the app, this
data is deleted along with it.
PERMISSIONS
Daily Giving requests zero Android permissions. It cannot access the
internet, your contacts, your location, your camera, your microphone,
your files, or any other sensitive data on your device.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Because the app collects no personal data of any kind, it does not
knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the
app adds a new feature that involves data collection — this page will
be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect that change.
