Welcome to DailyFit | Workout ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You use the App at your own risk. Consult a physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are new to exercise.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the App may be offered through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees through your app store account

• Automatic renewals unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store settings

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App or its content

• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful activity

• Upload or share content that is offensive, abusive, or violates others’ rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including logos, text, graphics, workouts, and software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without permission.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
