B. Diary and Work Data

The core function of the App is to help corporate and other officials and employees maintain a record of their work. We store the data you enter, such as:

• Daily work activities.

• Office In-Time and Out-Time.

• Dates and related work descriptions. This data is stored securely on Google Firebase Cloud Services and is used solely to generate the PDF/Excel reports you request.

2. How We Use Your Data

PRIME HOUSE uses the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide the Service: To allow you to log daily work and download monthly/yearly reports.

• To manage subscriptions: To verify if you have purchased the "Yearly Pack" via Razorpay and unlock the specific financial year for your account.

• To maintain security: To authenticate your identity using Google Sign-In.

• To support you: To contact you via email regarding payment issues or technical support.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Cloud Storage: Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Firebase (specifically in the asia-south1 Mumbai region for faster access in India).

• Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission and storage. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
