Expense and spending details are used solely for expense tracking and financial management features provided within the application. Sticky notes and personal notes are stored only to help users manage and organize their information inside the app.

We respect user privacy and are committed to protecting user data. All information entered into the application is stored locally on the user’s device only. We do not upload, store, process, or share user data on external servers, cloud storage platforms, or third-party databases.

The application does not use collected information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unauthorized tracking purposes. All user data remains under the user’s control and is used strictly for the intended functionality of the application.

Account Deletion

Since we do not maintain user accounts or store user information on external servers or cloud databases, there is no account data maintained by us that requires deletion.

All application data is stored locally on the user’s device only. Users can remove their locally stored data at any time by clearing the app data through their device settings or by uninstalling the application from their device.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under 14 has provided personal information through the application, they should contact us immediately. Since all data is stored locally on the user's device and not transmitted to our servers, parents or guardians can remove such information by clearing the application data or uninstalling the application.

By using this application, users confirm that they are at least 14 years old or are using the application under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable laws.

Backup and Restore Policy

To help users protect their information, the application provides an optional Backup and Restore feature.

Backup

Users may create a backup of their application data before uninstalling the application, changing devices, or for personal safekeeping. The backup is generated as a JSON file containing the user's application data, including expense records, notes and other data entered by the user.

The backup file is created and stored locally on the user's device or in a location selected by the user. We do not receive, upload, store, or access these backup files.

Restore

Users may restore previously backed-up data by importing a valid JSON backup file into the application. The restore process is performed entirely on the user's device.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security, integrity, and confidentiality of backup files. Anyone with access to a backup file may be able to view the information contained within it.

Data Responsibility

Since backup files are stored outside the application at the user's discretion, we are not responsible for loss, corruption, deletion, unauthorized access, or misuse of backup files. Users are encouraged to store backup files securely and avoid sharing them with unauthorized individuals.
