Daily Ayah & Hadith (“the app”) is designed to help users read and explore Quran verses and Hadith collections, use a home screen widget, and optionally request AI-based translations.
Information We Collect
The app mainly works with content stored locally on your device. We do not require account creation to use the main reading features.
The app may process the following:
- App settings you choose, such as theme, language, and translation preferences
- Reading progress and widget-related history stored locally on your device
- Optional AI translation requests that you manually trigger
AI Translation
AI translation is optional and turned off by default. If you enable it and request a translation, the selected English text may be sent over the internet to a translation service in order to return a translated result.
AI translations may contain mistakes and should not be treated as authoritative religious translations.
How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- provide Quran and Hadith reading features
- save your preferences
- show widget content
- track local reading progress
- provide optional translation results when you request them
Data Storage
Most app data is stored locally on your device.
Translated results may be cached locally on your device to improve speed and reduce repeated requests.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
If you use the optional AI translation feature, selected text may be transmitted to a third-party translation provider only to process your request.
Children’s Privacy
The app is not specifically directed to children under 13.
Your Choices
You can:
- use the app without enabling AI translation
- turn AI translation on or off
- choose your translation language
- remove the app at any time
