These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily 10K Steps app (“App”), created by Falguni Parikh and operated by NF Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Access

To use the App, you must log in using Apple ID or Google (Gmail) authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Use of the App

The App provides: - Step tracking visualizations
- “4 Walk Strategy” guidance
- Real-time motivational prompts

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not: - Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the App
- Use the App to develop a competing product
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Daily10k is a paid app. A valid subscription (monthly or annual) is required to access the features. Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store.

We do not store or process your payment information. All billing, renewals, and cancellations must be handled through your Apple account. Apple’s terms and policies apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including text, visuals, strategies, and motivational content—is the property of Falguni Parikh, NF Tech, or their licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described there.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of step tracking or the effectiveness of motivational features. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness routine.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falguni Parikh and NF Tech are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App—including reliance on any strategies or step data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we’ll notify users through the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
