IQ Developers ("we," "us," or "our") operates the DailyAffirmation mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
Information Stored Only on Your Device
The App lets you use affirmations, and any personal content you create or interact with within the app — such as favorites, saved affirmations, mood entries, streaks, or preferences — is stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, or have access to this content on our servers. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this information is permanently deleted.
Information Collected Automatically (Analytics & Crash Reporting)
We use analytics and crash reporting tools (such as Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) to understand how the App is used and to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes or bugs. This may include:
Device information (device model, operating system version, language, screen resolution)
App usage data (features used, screens viewed, session length, crash reports)
Crash reports and diagnostic logs
Advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID)
This data is collected in aggregate/anonymized or pseudonymous form and is not directly linked to your name or identity by us.
Advertising
The App displays advertisements through third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob and AppLovin. These networks may collect and use data — including your advertising ID and device information— to show you relevant ads and measure ad performance. Ad networks may also use cookies or similar technologies.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings:

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the content you create in the App (affirmations, favorites, mood logs, etc.) with anyone, because that data never leaves your device. Aggregated analytics, crash, and advertising data is shared only with the service providers listed above, for the purposes described.
Data Retention
Content you create in the App remains only on your device for as long as the App is installed. Analytics, crash, and advertising data is retained by our third-party providers according to their own retention policies.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 1c)
Disable analytics collection via your device's privacy settings, where available
Delete all app data by uninstalling the App
Request information about data held by our third-party providers directly from them
Data Security
Since your personal content is stored locally on your device, its security depends in part on your device's own security settings (e.g., screen lock, OS updates). We take reasonable measures to ensure any data processed through third-party services is handled securely.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
