Terms and Conditions of Stay

1. Introduction

Welcome to Daigle's Motel. By booking a room with us or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

2. Reservations and Bookings

• Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 

• Payment: Full payment for the accommodation is due upon check-in. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Debit.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

• Check-Out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

• Identification: Guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID used for booking upon check-in.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made after this period will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.

• No-Shows: If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not notified us, your reservation will be canceled, and a no-show fee (equivalent to the first night) will be charged to your card.

5. Rates and Taxes

• All rates are quoted in CAD and are subject to taxes of 15% HST. Rates are subject to change without notice, though confirmed bookings will not be altered.

6. Guest Conduct and House Rules

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• Smoking Policy: Our motel is 100% Smoke-Free. Smoking inside the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.

• Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly mote. Guests traveling with pets must notify us at the time of booking, and a pet fee of $25 per pet per night applies.

• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or motel property during their stay. The cost of repairs or specialized cleaning will be charged to the guest's credit card.

7. Limitation of Liability

Daigle's Motel does not accept liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought onto the premises. Furthermore, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
