Resort Operation Guidelines
(based on the new Safety and Health Protocol required by the Department of Tourism)
First-Come-First-Serve
We are only allowed to operate at 50% capacity during MGCQ
Overnight guests are strongly advised to make an early reservation for their bookings
We may not be able to cater day tour guests once we have reached maximum capacity, we ask for your understanding during this global health crisis.
Pay in advance
We aim to minimize social interactions with our employees, we ask for full payment prior to arrival either online or through remittance center.
No mask, no entry
All guests shall undergo a health screening before entry. This includes contactless body temperature check and filling up of a Health Declaration form. Only guests cleared during screening shall be allowed to enter the resort. Those with fever and flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to enter the establishment and will be referred to the nearest hospital in accordance with the DOH prescribed protocol.
Curfew
Resort and Bar is open until 9:30 pm to consider current curfew, last order will be at 9:00pm.
For the safety of everyone, including employees, guests must always follow these general guidelines throughout their stay:
Wash your hands often
Use our newly installed handwashing stations per room and in common areas frequently
Avoid close contact
Stay at least 6 feet from other people. Mingling with occupants of other’s rooms is strongly discouraged. Follow the markers to ensure physical distance while queuing.
Wear your face mask properly
Always wear your face mask properly covering mouth and nose when entering commonly used areas like CR, shop, restaurant, etc.
Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze
In case you are not wearing your face mask, remember to always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow. Dispose of tissue in the PPE trash bin and wash hands immediately.
Properly segregate PPE garbage
Always use designated trash bins to dispose of used tissue, face masks, gloves, and other PPE.
Monitor Your Health
Please be alert for symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19 and inform the Resort’s Management immediately if symptoms develop. Please be assured that we will properly assist you in such a case.
The safety of our guests and employees is our primary concern. Should any guest disregard the guidelines and/or conduct himself/herself in a manner threatening to the resort or any of its employees and/or other guests, the management has the right to refuse service or order to leave. In this event, the guest is fully responsible for all costs and no refund will be issued.
