PARAMETERS OF VIRTUAL REFERENCE SERVICE:
The service answers library-related queries and information/research-related queries or requests only.
The service is open to all but gives priority to community patrons of Dagupan City and to students studying in Dagupan City.
The Reference librarian has the option to refuse service to patrons who use inappropriate language and behavior.
All communication between the librarians and patrons, including chat transcript, is treated as confidential and private. Likewise, all data gathered from the client's information via the google form are considered strictly confidential.

Before Pandemic, we have outreach programs like Storytelling activities. Here, with Mayor Marc Brian C. Lim as the guest storyteller.
Launched in September 16, 2013, the mobile library was designed to foster the love of reading. The children enjoy reading books from the mobile library. Other activities include storytelling, film showing and read aloud activities. Before pandemic, the mobile library goes to the Daycare centers reaching out to the far-flung barangays.
