Welcome to my homepage. I am a researcher in the Montpellier Interdisciplinary Center on Sustainable Agri-Food Systems (MoISA). I have a PhD in Economics from the University of Rennes 1 in France.
I study the impact of broad inequalities on the nutritional and environmental quality of diets. I focus on three types of inequalities: income inequalities, inequalities in access to food, and cultural and geographical aspects. In my research I use quantitative methods, based on microeconomic theory and econometrics, in order to develop public policy analysis.
My previous work mainly dealt with evaluation of environmental policies. I focused on residential energy demand, and irrigation water demand and climate mitigation schemes in the agricultural sector.
