Health Screenings
Each year for kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th grades the following state mandated health screenings are completed by the school nurse:
Vision
Hearing
Height/weight
Acanthosis Nigricans
Spinal Screening (5th and 7th grade girls and 8th grade boys)
Please review the below letters about spinal and acanthosis nigricans screenings. If you do not want your child to participate in one or both screenings please print out the exemption letter, sign and date it, and return it to the nurse by November 13, 2020.
