Story:
On 9.09.1999, at exactly 9:09 AM, a sampler exploded in the studio of Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter in Paris. When they regained consciousness, they had become robots and created the great music we all know. In honor of the creative energy and pioneering spirit, we like to celebrate the career of those talented guys and start our fan project. With our token we create a symbol for a global community of Daft Punk enthusiasts worldwide and bind it on the Solana Blockchain. Be with us and take this project to the moon to show the crypto world the power of the Daft Punk fan community.
Token launch 9.09.2025, begin of the project.
Team Introduction:
Our journey began during the rise of the “French Touch” wave, deeply inspired by Daft Punk’s groundbreaking Homework album that completely transformed the club scene. From the very beginning, we’ve been passionate fans, constantly trying to catch our heroes live in action. Daft Punk has been with us every step of the way and we’ve eagerly absorbed every bit of information available online. The Bloghouse era presented exciting new possibilities, and platforms like MySpace pushed electronic music into the mainstream. Since then, numerous other channels have emerged, and we believe the future holds even more. Like our idols we like to stay anonymous and let the community speak. We are specialized in music curation.
Our Mission:
With our project, we aim to honor the countless fan-driven initiatives that celebrate and were influenced by Daft Punk. We’re creating a token that will serve as a communal value creation tool, allowing every fan the opportunity to be a part of the evolving future of cryptocurrency and the ability to participate on the rising value. The focus of the project is the fan community.
Our Actions:
To support as many fan projects as possible, we’re launching several airdrops. Depending on the requirements, applicants will receive a share of the token’s total volume for free. We’ve already established YouTube and SoundCloud channels to create libraries of Daft Punk fan art. Our website also features various types of libraries—music, videos, images, crafts, and more—and we plan to introduce even more ways to support fan projects in the future.
Support:
We’re always on the lookout for ways to improve the project and increase its value for the community. If you have an idea or want to become part of this initiative, reach out to us via our social channels.
Critcs about AI:
Thomas Bangalter ib the BBC Interview
"Daft Punk was a project that blurred the line between reality and fiction with these robot characters. It was a very important point for me and Guy-Man[uel] to not spoil the narrative while it was happening.
"Now the story has ended, it felt interesting to reveal part of the creative process that is very much human-based and not algorithmic of any sort."
"It was an exploration, I would say, starting with the machines and going away from them. I love technology as a tool [but] I'm somehow terrified of the nature of the relationship between the machines and ourselves."
"My concerns about the rise of artificial intelligence go beyond its use in music creation,"
"We tried to use these machines to express something extremely moving that a machine cannot feel, but a human can. We were always on the side of humanity and not on the side of technology."
"As much as I love this character, the last thing I would want to be, in the world we live in, in 2023, is a robot."
The interpration of the qoutes above, will oblign by everyone self. But the fact, that TBang and Guy already did separted projects in different music genre years before the retirement and the mostly silence in the Daft Punk project over this time, they both just wanted to do something different music journeys. They always want to create new kind of art with the Daft Punk project. Musicians make music and projects what they like to do, it's coming from there mind and hearts. TBang and Guy-Man like to do the same. They decided to give the project a worthy end, with the Epiloge. Just check the latest projects of them both.
AI has become a tool to create art, it's always a human behind the promt. It's just a easy way to give input in the machine, what the artist like to create. The tool gives everybody a chance to create some art what's in his mind. The success of a project will ever decide by the quality of a creation. If its carp, it still will be crap, even its created with AI. By the way, there were also discussions like this about sampling back in the days.
Our project isn't about AI, its a libary and promotion channel for fanmade creations.
