For now, head back to Sea People Village via the mirror. Make sure you bring a Tranquilizer Gun or Net Gun with you if you have one. with you. There are lots of fish to catch in the Glacial Passage. Once you're in Sea People Village, take the Portal to the upper part of the village and talk to Suwam outside of Tenzhin's house. He'll lead you to the gate to the Glacial Passage. After inserting the key you obtained in the Abandoned Cave, the door will open. Suwam will warn you that the passage down is blocked, and you'll have to unblock it to proceed. Head inside.
You'll also activate a laser that will shoot out and hit the mirror in the room you were in previously. You could probably use the laser to melt the ice, but you can't rotate it. Time to head back to Cobra. Exit the Glacial Passage by going up from the room with the mirror, and then taking the exit at the upper end of the room in the room with the first mural. From there, use the mirror to go back to the boat.

Once you're prepared, head back to the Glacial Chamber. Swim down to the mirror, and use the right mouse button or right trigger to interact with the rock on top of it. From there, you'll essentially play the stake mini-game again, pressing space bar or A/the x button when the moving bar hits the red part. Once the rock is knocked loose, the mirror will move and melt the ice below you. Proceed down into the next room.
The next room is full of several rotateable mirrors, and your progress is blocked off by an ice wall. Time to do another laser puzzle. First, head down and grab the Divine Tree Fruit off of the ground, then drop it into the device on the left side of the area. This will create a laser, which will shoot across to the middle mirror and then down to another, lower one. Leave the middle mirror alone, but hit the lower one twice by pressing the right mouse button or B to move it until the mirror portion is racing right. This will shoot the laser to the next mirror.
This will raise the right stone slab and lower the left one, opening the way for you to get the Gold Fish Statue behind the ice wall to your left. Hit the lower left mirror once to point the laser at the ice wall, and then grab the Gold Fish Statue once the ice melts.
Then, go over to the lower left mirror and grab the handle on the back of it with te right mouse button or the right trigger, and move it to the top of the track its on, so it's flush with the top right mirror.
Finally, move the top mirror to the left side of its track, so that it lines up with the left mirror. This will melt the ice around the circular device. Go into the device and press the switch to rotate it, then pass through to the left part of the room.
Hey, more mirrors! Before you do anything with them, though, be sure to grab the Gold Fish Statue at the bottom of the room. Okay, time to rotate some more mirrors. Start by rotating the top left mirror three times to redirect the laser to the bottom left mirror. Then, pull the rightmost mirror to the bottom of its track.
