Daemon Dash

Stockholm syndrome - A condition in which power imbalances contained in abusive relationships cultivate bonds that are formed between antagonist and subject. These are generally considered irrational in light of the negativity endured by the victims.

READ THIS CAREFULLY:

Door Dash do not pay roundtrip and do not consider wear and tear of the vehicle used, as well as, the national average gasoline price when considering rate of pay.

Also, remember tipping is optional.

Acceptance Rate is the percent of deliveries you accepted out of the 100 most recent delivery opportunities you receive. You can raise your acceptance rate by consistently accepting delivery opportunities that are assigned to you. It is also a rolling average, which means it may take a few opportunities before you see an increase in your average.

There is no minimum requirement for acceptance rate, but consistently declining delivery opportunities negatively impacts the experience for other Dashers (who will have less time to complete the delivery), the customer (who is more likely to get a late delivery), and even the merchant (whose food will sit for longer).

Beat In - An entrance exam of pain in which a gang assaults its new recruit without mercy leaving the new recruit dependant on the gang and its model.

REMEMBER:  Always keep in mind if your Acceptance Rate drops below 50 then you are less likely to receive what you might consider an acceptable order, with this as leverage Door Dash perpetuates that you have to accept orders that you would like or you are penalized from work orders that would be acceptable and of interest.

Screenshots here and the Stockholm Syndrome definition along with the Beat In definition are given to provide evidence and emphasize the fact that the business relationship between the company and those it employs is abusive. As an overseer Door Dash does not provide equal opportunity, all of the time, as any U.S. employer is required by law. In regards to equal opportunity, not specifically speaking of gender, ethnicity, religion, or disability but more concerned with fair treatment, all of the time, in regards to their algorithm to scale orders, and compensation for time on the job as well as a fair rate of base pay for each individual order.

Door Dash employees deserve a fair-shake and they are receiving far from it.

A job is a job. Making reference to a job as a "Side Hussle" seemingly implies that the rate of monetary compensation might be lower than adequate and should be expected. Concoction of this implication gives way to unlawful and horrendous actions taken by companies whose employed lose equal opportunity and legal compensation for time and effort in order to maximize profit.
