A salient feature of the DAE series is pairing of senior and junior researchers for mentoring purposes and DAE 2021 will follow this tradition in a virtual mode. Some salient features are as follows (and more details are available on the respective links):
Invited sessions: There will be one 1.5 hour invited session every Tuesday (11AM Eastern) and Wednesday (12PM Eastern) each week in October. The specific session dates are October 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th.
Poster sessions: The poster sessions will be held on Thursday October 14th. While anyone is invited to participate this session, students will have an opportunity to enter the Best Poster competition.
Mentoring sessions: Following the past trends, one-on-one mentoring sessions opportunities would be arranged for junior researchers. These would tentatively be held on in the month of October.
Roundtable sessions: Roundtable sessions with limited topics would also be arranged for junior researchers. These will be held on Thursday October 7th at 11AM Eastern.
