Organizers: Bradley Jones and Ryan Lekivetz
Location: SAS Institute - Cary, NC
Dates: March 4-6, 2015
The 2015 Design and Analysis of Experiments Conference (DAE 2015) will be held March 4-6 at SAS world headquarters in Cary, NC. The DAE conference series brings together top researchers in the area of design and analysis of experiments.
Sessions at DAE 2015 will address covering arrays, computer experiments, model selection in designed experiments, combinatorial design, blocking designs, design for marketing applications, and design for pharmaceutical applications. A new session will address the teaching of design of experiments to non-statisticians.
There are no parallel sessions at DAE conferences, and a major purpose of this conference series is to provide support and encouragement to junior researchers. In fact, junior researchers (including graduate students) will make up a significant portion of attendees, and they will also be well represented among the speakers.
Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors --- NISS, Quintiles, Proctor & Gamble, University of Minnesota (Carlson School of Management), ISBIS, SAS and JMP -- we are able to provide free registration to DAE 2015. Registration is now open. If your organization is an NISS affiliate, you may use your NISS Affiliates Award Fund (subject to your organization's rules) to pay for your DAE 2015 expenses.
In addition to the free registration, we have secured some additional funds for partial travel support for junior researchers (completion of graduate degree during or after 2010). Preference for these funds will be given to those giving a contributed talk or presenting a poster. Any of the above wishing to be considered for a travel award can email dae2015 (at) jmp.com with the subject "Travel Award Request". Checks will be dispersed at the conference.
The deadline for submitting abstracts for poster presentations has been extended until February 9th.
We hope you will be able to join us at DAE 2015. Please pass along this information to any colleagues who might be interested.
