Between January 2021 and December 2022, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD, #57587944) has funded a joint project between the University of Hamburg, Cairo University, the Brisith University in Egypt and Aswan University with 200,000 Euros for academic exchange, training, and research activities. The project was aimed at training young scholars and students in digital text processing and the encoding of legal data.
