This Privacy Policy explains how DA Smart Solution (operated by Nguyen Van Duy, Viet Nam) handles data in connection with its internal Google Ads API tool, referred to below as "the Tool".
About the Tool
The Tool is an internal command-line application built and used solely by DA Smart Solution to manage the Google Ads App campaigns that promote our own mobile applications. It is not sold, distributed, or made available to any external client or to the general public. It has no public user accounts and no end-user interface.
Information We Access
The Tool authenticates with Google using OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). Using this authorization, the Tool reads and writes only the advertising data of Google Ads accounts that we own and operate, such as campaigns, budgets, bids, targeting settings, creative assets, and performance statistics (impressions, clicks, cost, installs, and in-app conversions). The Tool does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service, and it does not access any Google Ads account belonging to a third party.
Information We Do Not Collect
The Tool does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data of end users or of any other person. We do not build user profiles, we do not use any personal data for advertising targeting, and we do not perform any form of tracking through the Tool.
Storage and Security
Google OAuth credentials (client ID, client secret, and refresh token) and the Google Ads campaign data retrieved by the Tool are stored only on the local computer of the developer, in files that are not published, shared, or committed to any public repository. Access to that computer is protected by the operating system user account. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any data obtained through the Tool with third parties. Data is exchanged only between the Tool and Google's own advertising services.
Use of Google User Data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through the Google Ads API is used exclusively to create, manage, and report on our own advertising campaigns, and for no other purpose.
Mobile Applications
This policy covers the Google Ads API tool only. Each of our published mobile applications (Bodyly - BMI & Weight Diary, Swift Note AI - Scan & Summary, and Talent Q Speak - IELTS Speaking) has its own privacy policy, which is linked from that application's App Store and Google Play listing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last updated" date.
