The DA RFO shall procure the necessary goods and services to be provided to the farmers in the target rice areas for the particular technology that would be scaled. The list below, not being exclusive, are the standard activities, support interventions, and assistance that must be implemented under each technology to be scaled:

- Social preparation, mobilization, and project management to include staff and extension workers' expenses (travel communication, and other types of allowance)
- Trainings (Training of Trainers, Farmers)

- Rice seeds (regular seeds from DA and/or farmers' varieties/traditional seeds)
- Seedlings of vegetables
- Seedlings of fruit-bearing trees
- Livestock
- Vermi worms for farm/income diversification to include collective enterprise.
- Farm inputs (compost prepared by farmers, inorganic fertilizers, biofertilizers, soil conditioners, and liquid fertilizers/concoctions using animal manure, and other organic materials)
- Fuel/Labor costs for irrigation, land preparation, and transplanting activities
- Other farm inputs (including seedling tray)
- Small farm machinery like micro tiller, and biomass shredder (if needed)
- Village-type storage facilities
- Crop insurance support
