I am a PhD candidate in Agricultural & Applied Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
My research focuses on consumer behavior, food choice, and experimental economics. Specifically, I examine how novel food techologies, nutrient labelling, and product attributes shape consumer decision-making, using survey and experimental methods. I also leverage observational data, including Nielsen scanner data, to investigate how consumers respond to emerging food innovations in a dynamic marketplace.
I am on the 2025-2026 job market.
