The District 5870 Membership Committee helps clubs strengthen member experience, improve retention, attract prospective members, use membership intelligence, and develop Rotary in new communities.
The committee works with club presidents, membership chairs, Assistant Governors, Strategic Membership Advisors, and other district leaders to connect clubs with the right support and resources.

New Club Development Lead
Leads the district’s development of new Rotary clubs and satellite clubs, coordinating validated opportunities from local champion identification through NACCT/Club Creation, recruitment, launch, and early stabilization.
Membership Education / RLI Lead
Leads district membership education and development efforts, helping club and district leaders build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to strengthen membership, while coordinating Rotary Leadership Institute participation and related learning opportunities.
Membership Intelligence Systems Advisor
Advises the District Membership Committee on the development, technology, automation, and continuous improvement of the Membership Intelligence System, helping identify and implement new capabilities that make district membership intelligence more useful, efficient, and sustainable.
