Roundtable Intentions
This roundtable is designed to be more than just a panel — it’s a space for reflection, learning, and honest conversation. Our goals are:
Mutual Learning:
We hope both panelists and audience members walk away having learned something new and meaningful — whether from each other’s work, challenges, or ideas.Creating a Safe and Brave Space:
We aim to foster a space that feels safe and brave — where people feel comfortable being honest, even about difficult or imperfect experiences. Vulnerability and critical reflection are welcome here.Dialogue over Performance:
This isn’t about polished soundbites. We encourage panelists to speak from experience, to ask questions back, and to build on each other’s responses. Audience questions are welcomed as a vital part of this discussion.Raising Tough Questions:
The topics we discuss in these roundtables are full of tensions — around power, trust, equity, and implementation. We invite participants to raise hard questions, challenge assumptions, and reflect openly. This is how we grow.
How We’ll Engage
Everyone on the panel will answer the first question as a grounding introduction.
Panelists are free to choose which other questions they respond to — based on what feels most relevant or meaningful to their work.
Audience participation is encouraged throughout — via chat, Q&A, or follow-up dialogue depending on the format.
