Privacy Policy

Dynamics 365 CRM Utility Center does not include advertising, analytics, or background telemetry services.

Data handled by the extension

The extension processes information from the current Dynamics 365 or Power Platform page only to provide user-requested features.

This can include:

- Environment information such as the current organization URL, organization settings, and page context.

- User and administrator information returned by Dynamics 365 for features such as impersonation, access summaries, favorites, and diagnostics.

- Extension settings stored locally in the browser, such as appearance preferences, recent actions, saved custom commands, cached metadata, favorites, and feature configuration.

Where data is stored

The extension stores its settings and cached feature data locally in the browser by using Chrome extension storage and browser local storage/session storage.

The extension is designed to keep this data on the user's device unless the user explicitly chooses a feature that sends data to a third-party service.

Third-party services

The extension can connect to the following external services only when required by a user-facing feature:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform endpoints used to perform the requested actions.

- GitHub, only when the user explicitly uses community-sharing or repository lookup features.

The extension does not sell user data and does not transfer data to advertising networks or data brokers.

Authentication and security

The extension uses the current signed-in browser session for supported Dynamics 365 and Power Platform actions. Authentication data is not collected for analytics or marketing purposes.
