To realize a department’s goal related to implementing a standards based grading framework, D2 Educational Consulting met with a teacher team for one day to facilitate a working session from which scales, standards, and a grading framework were established.
To realize a school leader’s goal of shifting classroom and school culture at her school, D2 Educational Consulting organized a book study with a group of the school's teacher-leaders over the course of a semester.
