How to delete your account:

1. Open the D2D Puzzle app on your device.

2. Navigate to the Profile tab.

3. Click the DELETE button located at the bottom right of the Account Status section.

4. Confirm your request in the pop-up dialog.

Alternative Request: If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing changkayuen@gmail.com. Please provide your in-game username: Hacker 3616 (example) or your Google account ID.

Data that will be deleted:

• Your unique user ID and username.

• All earned Coins and medals (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Iron).

• Total Play Time and level progress.

• PvP Arena statistics (Wins, Losses, Win Rate).

Data that may be retained:

• Aggregated, non-identifiable game telemetry for analytics.

• Financial transaction records (required by law for tax/refund purposes).
