1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of nursing care services provided by Door to Door Nursing Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a request via our Google Form or confirming service by phone, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer non-emergency, routine in-home nursing services, including:
Wound care
Post-operative support
Elderly care
Medication administration
We do NOT provide: Emergency care, surgery, medical diagnosis, or hospital-level interventions. In case of emergency, we will immediately contact Sri Lanka’s government ambulance service (1990) and local emergency responders.
3. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective care, you agree to:
Provide a safe, clean environment with access to clean water
Share accurate medical documents, including diagnosis cards and current prescriptions
Maintain an up-to-date medication list
Inform us of any changes in the patient’s condition
Failure to provide accurate information may compromise care quality and absolve us of liability arising from misinformation.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are confirmed via Google Form submission followed by phone confirmation.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
If a nurse is already en route and cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, you agree to pay a transport fee to cover travel costs.
5. Fees & Payment
Service fees are calculated per procedure or package, and may vary based on consumables (type, brand, and quantity used).
We issue digital invoices after service completion.
Accepted payment methods: Cash or bank transfer (Visa/Mastercard/NFC/QR payments coming soon).
Full payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are limited to routine nursing care as defined by the Sri Lanka Ministry of Health and PHSRC guidelines.
We are not liable for:
Outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete medical information provided by you
Delays or complications arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed
Emergency situations beyond our scope of practice
We currently do not carry professional liability insurance, though we plan to obtain coverage in the future.
7. Governing Law & Regulation
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and subject to oversight by:

Private Health Services Regulatory Council (PHSRC)

Any disputes related to service delivery will be resolved in accordance with PHSRC standards and local consumer protection principles.
8. Amendments
