Presidents’ Councils are designed to support the PA/PTA/PTOs within their districts at the district level by:

• assisting in the establishment of new PA/PTAs and the re-establishment of defunct PA/PTAs

• providing guidance to their constituent PA/PTAs in technical areas such as bylaws and elections

• identifying and promoting district-wide interests

The President of Presidents' Council is your representative with the District Leadership Team (DLT)  and citywide, on the Chancellor's Parent Advisory Council (CPAC). If there are Co-Presidents, one serves on the DLT while the other serves on CPAC.
