As FinCEN clarified in its 2013 Guidance, exchangers and administrators of convertible virtual currency are money transmitters under the BSA. As such, they have an obligation to register with FinCEN; to develop, implement, and maintain an anti-money laundering compliance program; and to meet all applicable reporting and recordkeeping requirements. FinCEN issued further clarification in 2019 that financial institutions that are mixers and tumblers of convertible virtual currency must also meet these same requirements.

Sinbad is responsible for materially assisting in the laundering of millions of dollars in stolen virtual currency and is a preferred mixing service for the Lazarus Group. Sinbad operates on the Bitcoin blockchain and indiscriminately facilitates illicit transactions by obfuscating their origin, destination, and counterparties. This loaf was made using my master recipe with the first mixes done in my KitchenAid mixer. The details below explain how I made it for anyone that would like to, or needs to, use a mixer when making my recipes.

Sourdough can be made in many ways, I love to make mine by hand, but sometimes using a mixer is useful when I have lots of doughs to make, or I want to give my arms a break; as always, there is no mess, no faff, no unnecessary steps with my process. Just simple straightforward steps.

You can use any size of KitchenAid mixer, I used my tilt head one to make this loaf, using the dough hook and the stainless steel mixing bowl that comes with the mixer, and baking in my usual enamel roaster.

*I use my standard master recipe: 50g starter, 350g water, 500g flour, salt

*I mix the ingredients in the standard stainless steel bowl with the dough hook on setting 1 for 4-5 mins.

*I take the dough hook out and place it in a covered bowl in between uses so that the dough does not dry on it.

*I then cover the bowl and let it sit on the counter for 1.5-2 hours, I then mix it again using the same dough hook on setting 1 for 3-4 mins. I cover the bowl again and let it sit.

*After an hour I perform a set of pulls and folds on the dough with the dough still in the mixer bowl. I cover the bowl again and let it sit.

*Before going to bed I do another set of pulls and folds then cover the bowl again and leave it to prove overnight.

*In the morning, with the dough still in the mixer bowl, I pull the dough into a tight ball and place it into my usual banneton. Covered it and put it into the fridge.

*After a few hours, I turn the dough out into my usual enamel roaster pan, scored, put the lid on and bake at 220C/450F fan/convection for 55 mins from a cold start, with the lid on the whole time.

*And the lovely loaf above and below is the outcome.

I made this loaf using my KA with the standard size 4.3l bowl. I also have a larger sized machine with a 4.8l bowl which is perfect for making 2 doughs at once and still all staying in the bowl the whole time, the double batch fits in it perfectly for mixing and proving. Or you can use whatever mixer you have.

So helpful. Never sure how to transform a hand recipe to a mixer recipe. When you say you do a couple of pull and fold, is is less than in your standard master recipe where you talk about 25 for the fist ones or we need less because of the mixer ?

This module contains classes for loading Sound objects and controllingplayback. The mixer module is optional and depends on SDL_mixer. Your programshould test that pygame.mixerpygame module for loading and playing sounds is available and initialized before usingit.

The mixer module has a limited number of channels for playback of sounds.Usually programs tell pygame to start playing audio and it selects an availablechannel automatically. The default is 8 simultaneous channels, but complexprograms can get more precise control over the number of channels and theiruse.

The mixer also has a special streaming channel. This is for music playback andis accessed through the pygame.mixer.musicpygame module for controlling streamed audio module. Consider using thismodule for playing long running music. Unlike mixer module, the music modulestreams the music from the files without loading music at once into memory.

The mixer module must be initialized like other pygame modules, but it has someextra conditions. The pygame.mixer.init() function takes several optionalarguments to control the playback rate and sample size. Pygame will default toreasonable values, but pygame cannot perform Sound resampling, so the mixershould be initialized to match the values of your audio resources.

NOTE: For less laggy sound use a smaller buffer size. The defaultis set to reduce the chance of scratchy sounds on some computers. You canchange the default buffer by calling pygame.mixer.pre_init()preset the mixer init arguments beforepygame.mixer.init()initialize the mixer module or pygame.init()initialize all imported pygame modules is called. For example:pygame.mixer.pre_init(44100,-16,2, 1024)

Initialize the mixer module for Sound loading and playback. The defaultarguments can be overridden to provide specific audio mixing. Keywordarguments are accepted. For backwards compatibility, argument values of0 are replaced with the startup defaults, except for allowedchanges,where -1 is used. (startup defaults may be changed by a pre_init() call).

The buffer argument controls the number of internal samples used in thesound mixer. The default value should work for most cases. It can be loweredto reduce latency, but sound dropout may occur. It can be raised to largervalues to ensure playback never skips, but it will impose latency on soundplayback. The buffer size must be a power of two (if not it is rounded up tothe next nearest power of 2).

Some platforms require the pygame.mixerpygame module for loading and playing sounds module to be initializedafter the display modules have initialized. The top level pygame.init()takes care of this automatically, but cannot pass any arguments to the mixerinit. To solve this, mixer has a function pygame.mixer.pre_init() to setthe proper defaults before the toplevel init is used.

Call pre_init to change the defaults used when the realpygame.mixer.init() is called. Keyword arguments are accepted. The bestway to set custom mixer playback values is to callpygame.mixer.pre_init() before calling the top level pygame.init().For backwards compatibility, argument values of 0 are replaced with thestartup defaults, except for allowedchanges, where -1 is used.

The mixer can reserve any number of channels that will not be automaticallyselected for playback by Sounds. This means that whenever you play a Soundwithout specifying a channel, a reserved channel will never be used. If soundsare currently playing on the reserved channels they will not be stopped.

Load a new sound buffer from a filename, a python file object or a readablebuffer object. Limited resampling will be performed to help the sample matchthe initialize arguments for the mixer. A Unicode string can only be a filepathname. A bytes object can be either a pathname or a buffer object.Use the 'file' or 'buffer' keywords to avoid ambiguity; otherwise Sound mayguess wrong. If the array keyword is used, the object is expected to exporta new buffer interface (The object is checked for a buffer interface first.) e24fc04721
